Project Manager

My main area of interest lies in the development of medical devices, and their translation from research concept to the clinic, where they have the potential to help improve patient outcomes. I have a research background in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine – which I studied at Sheffield University – and previous industry experience in implantable silk biomaterials. I currently hold the position of project manager for the development of the electrospun patch – and enjoy the challenges of navigating the regulatory pathways involved in driving novel biomaterials to the clinic.
