Clinical Neuroscientist

I am a postdoctoral research scientist at the Medical Research Council Brain Network Dynamics Unit (BNDU), Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN), University of Oxford. I did my PhD in engineering at South China University of Technology, China. My work here in Oxford involves collecting behavioural and electrophysiological data, analysing brain signals in real-time to decode relevant information, using this information to drive an external actuator, and, at the same time, to better understand the pathological mechanisms and symptoms of different brain diseases, and to advance my research on brain-machine interfaces for improved treatments.
